This site utilizes the LIVEpdqSM tool to provide a preliminary policy settlement estimate and agent of record agreement for the owner and/or insured of record of a specific existing life insurance policy. The minimum net sales price indicated in the agreement will be based upon the information that the owner and/or insured supplies. The combination of a number of factors is ultimately used to determine the actual pricing for a life settlement.These factors include:
- Age
- Premium
- Health
- Type of policy
- Underwritten life expectancy
- Prevailing interest rates
- Insurance company rating
- Policy size
- Loans against policy
- Cash value of the policy
- Competitive bidding
- Minimum premiums required to keep the policy in force
The LIVEpdqSM tool estimate is based on a limited application of only four of the above factors. It assumes all health issues are of average severity. As such, the documents that result from its use are based solely on an estimate and in no way represent an actual offer or constitute a contract to buy or obtain a buyer for a specific policy.
